The Kingston Police are responding to two separate incidents involving a firearm, a media release from police said on Tuesday afternoon. The first incident occurred at Russell Street and Patrick Street, while the second happened on Palace Road near Park Street. According to police, the incidents involve a black vehicle, possibly a Ford, with four passengers. In both cases, passengers seated in the rear of the vehicle were observed to be firing a long gun-style air rifle at pedestrians.
