One person has been taken to hospital in serious condition after reportedly being assaulted with a weapon and dropped off outside shops in Manurewa. Police reported they were contacted around 3.10pm after a person was "dropped off to a premises" on Great South Rd with injuries from a weapon. They clarified that the weapon was not a firearm.
